Our team at New Hope Housing and Support comprise qualified and well-trained staff with vast experience in different settings within the care sector. All our newly employed support workers undergo strict preliminary employment checks and a thorough interview process. This includes DBS checks and employment history checks based on credible references. Before starting any work with us, all our staff go through an organised and comprehensive induction process. This is to ensure that they are able to assume their designated duties efficiently and can apply the relevant skills and knowledge required in their role. We ensure that our staff are supported through supervision and ongoing personal development training.
